A Toyota electric truck can be used for a wide variety of tasks: loading, unloading, stacking, and horizontal transport. All Toyota Traigo models are equipped with the System of Stability (SAS), which ensures high productivity and safety for the forklift operator. The Toyota Traigo 24V is a compact, 3-wheel drive, maneuverable truck with a low entry. This forklift is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use for light to medium-duty applications. This 1.5-ton truck lifts to a maximum height of 6.5 meters. The 3-wheel drive Toyota Traigo 48V is also a safe, economical, and particularly maneuverable truck for both indoor and outdoor use. The 4-wheel drive Traigo 48V is highly suitable for working on less uneven terrain. This 2-ton truck lifts to a maximum height of 7.5 meters and is also available with a lithium-ion battery. For heavier applications, the 4-wheel drive Toyota Traigo 80V is the electric forklift of choice. The 80V series also includes several compact models that are very suitable for working in confined spaces. This 8.5-ton forklift lifts up to 6.5 meters.
A Toyota BT Levio LWE 130 is a compact and lightweight pallet truck for use in retail (shops/supermarkets) and in trucks. This type of truck comes with a built-in charger, making charging not only simple but also extremely fast. The W-series of this truck features various models of electric walk-behind trucks for light applications such as order picking. This walk-behind truck is user-friendly and highly maneuverable. This Toyota series is also available with a Lithium-ion battery. An electric platform pallet truck from the BT Levio-P series has a high load capacity despite its small dimensions. This fast and easy-to-operate pallet truck has a small turning circle and is very maneuverable. The stand-on BT Levio S-series is the most suitable electric pallet truck for when longer distances need to be covered. The operator stands sideways on the truck, ensuring maximum visibility. The BT Levio R-series is a specially designed electric pallet truck for operations in larger warehouses. With this forklift, the operator sits in a cabin equipped with, among other things, an adjustable seat. This truck can reach a speed of 20 km per hour.
With the BT Staxio W series, Toyota developed compact stackers for less intensive use. These user-friendly stackers are primarily used in retail stores for light stacking activities up to a height of 2 meters and simple horizontal pallet transport. This series also includes models that can lift up to 5.4 meters and models with lifting outriggers for use on uneven surfaces. Stackers are also available with a lithium-ion battery. A Toyota stacker from the BT Staxio P series is ideally suited for intensive use and long distances. This compact stacker lifts up to 6 meters, has a platform, and is compact enough for working in tighter spaces. This stacker can also be equipped with lifting outriggers. In the XR(D) series models, the compact stacker is combined with the flexibility of a reach truck. They feature an extendable mast of up to 4.8 meters, take up little space, and transport a wide variety of pallets. Like many other Toyota models, they are available with a lithium-ion battery. For companies where intensive stacking is required, Toyota designed the BT Staxio S and R series. These stackers, available as both stand-on and sit-on stackers, feature a protective roof that enhances driver safety. Additionally, the transverse driving position of this forklift is particularly comfortable for the operator. This series also includes models that can be supplied with lifting outriggers.
The compact, lightweight, and highly maneuverable Toyota order picking truck from the BT Optio N-series is versatile and suitable for use in a wide variety of environments. A major advantage of this truck is that it combines easily with various load carriers. Another benefit is the low entry height and the easily interchangeable battery. This order picking truck has a picking height of up to 3 meters. The order picking trucks of the BT Optio L-series are fast, efficient, and highly productive. The L-series is a range of versatile and robust trucks with a modular chassis. The design of this forklift takes into account the comfort and safety of the operator, such as a lifting operator platform and remote control for working at different heights. The picking height of the L-series reaches up to 2.8 meters. The picking height of an order picking truck from the BT Optio-M series reaches up to 6.3 meters. This fast and productive Toyota forklift for medium-height order picking also offers a high level of operator comfort. The M-series is available as free-riding or with cable/rail guidance and can be equipped with BT Optispace for optimal lifting speed. For more specialized order picking work, the models can be customized as required. The H-series of the BT Optio series has been developed for picking orders in narrow aisles and at great heights. This order picking truck is also available as free-riding or with cable/rail guidance, and just like with the M-series, a walk-through version is available to place pallets directly onto the forks.
The BT Reflex reach truck consists of three different series: the B-series for simple use and the R-series for intensive use. The N-series is specially designed for use in narrow aisles, and the E-series, like the R-series, is for intensive and heavy-duty use but features a tilting cab. The B-series comprises highly maneuverable reach trucks (8.5 meters) with adjustable floor height, controls, and seat in a spacious cab. The R-series has the best visibility in its class. They feature an open driver's compartment, a transparent roof, and are capable of lifting heavy loads to a height of 13 meters. Like the R-series, the E-series features Transitional Lift Control, allowing heavy loads to be quickly lifted to great heights (max 13 meters). Unique to the E-series is the tilting cab, which, along with the transparent roof and the specially designed mast, gives the driver maximum visibility of the load being moved. For block stacking or working in confined spaces with drive-in racking, Toyota developed the N-series with 360° steering, an adjustable seat, and a low entry height. The R-series forklifts are narrow aisle trucks for cable or rail guidance. These models are available with special shuttle forks for the narrowest aisles. Driving and lifting up to a maximum of 11.3 meters is possible simultaneously with this man-down forklift. Forklifts from the BT Vector C-series are also designed for cable or rail guidance, but in a man-up configuration. They can move full pallets and are also suitable for order picking at great heights. Equipped with special forks, these trucks can place loads on both sides of the forklift. The same type of narrow aisle forklift, but the A-series, features a particularly advanced lifting system and can lift to a height of nearly 15 meters.
The Tonero series features forklifts up to 3.5 tonnes for light to heavy-duty applications. These forklifts are primarily used outdoors but are equipped with solid rubber tires for indoor use as well. This series is available with various cabs and features the System of Active Stability (SAS). A 3.5-ton diesel or LPG forklift from Toyota lifts up to 7 meters. An 8-ton forklift lifts up to 6 meters and is equipped with an LPG or diesel engine compliant with Stage IIIB emission regulations.
